Hello! I’m Dr. Erin Margolis, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist and I work with adults (18+) and couples who are eager to find truth, connection, and emotional balance. I love supporting clients as they explore what gives their lives meaning so they can move forward with genuine authenticity and a strong sense of self. I help clients connect to their feelings, find inner strength, and live with more purpose and fulfillment. I am excited about supporting clients as they discover new parts of their identity and put to practice all that they learn in therapy. If you are struggling to understand yourself, feeling disconnected from others, experiencing challenges in your relationship, having a hard time with big transitions, or trying to juggle multiple roles, I am here to walk alongside you as you find your way.
Above all, I prioritize building a secure relationship and creating a safe space where my clients address life’s challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship should be a place where clients can safely explore and process their experiences. I want my clients to feel seen, heard, and understood through our work together. I aim to create the opportunity for clients to foster self-awareness, build self-esteem, cultivate self-trust, and truly heal.
I am a daughter, sister, friend, aunt, partner, and psychologist. But above all, I am a human being experiencing all the joys and challenges of life. From a young age, I was fascinated by this strange, messy, wonderful thing called being human, and I’ve been passionate about helping people navigate their own humanness ever since.
My Style
I strive to cultivate an accepting and non-judgmental space. I take a stance of curiosity with the intention of deeply understanding your unique experiences and allowing you to be open and vulnerable in session. I honor the whole range of experiences, from exploring sorrows to celebrating joys. My clients have also expressed gratitude for my warmth, humor, and authenticity. I want those I work with to know that I am always in their corner, and that I will support them as they grow and heal.
